GSE55662: Plasticity of transcriptional regulation under antibiotic stress
ISMARA - Integrated System for Motif Actitivity Response Analysis is a free online tool that recognizes most important transcription factors that are changing their activity in a set of samples.
In order to use ARMADA for infering putative regulatory networks from timecourse data, please set for every sample a timepoint, gap from previous timepoint and replicate. If you have only one replicate per sample you can leave replicate field unset.
